At Rokrgeek, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Rokrgeek account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the inspection is complete.
